This past Thursday and Friday marked the fourth annual Frank Armitage Lecture at UIC. If you’re not familiar with Frank Armitage, he is, and has been, a leading figure in the world of medical illustration. He also worked on several Disney films as an illustrator and on set designs for such movies as The Fantastic Voyage.
This years Keynote speaker was David Bolinsky, an inspiring medical animator. I have hopes of learning animation basics, and even more so after hearing his lecture. Check out some of his work in the video below!
