This was the latest assignment for my Anatomical Visualization class.  We were given an article in which an anomalous left hepatic vein was discovered in a cadaver.  It was our job to illustrate this situation.  References for this were few and far between.  The main issue was trying to figure out how the heart sits on the liver from a posterior view.  I’m sure as time goes on we will all be given projects where the answer isn’t right in front of our face… so it was a good test.
